What Our Health Guarantee Covers:
General Health Check:
Every macaw is examined by a certified avian veterinarian before leaving our care. You will receive health records documenting the bird’s checkup and any vaccinations provided.Disease-Free Certification:
All our macaws are tested and guaranteed to be free of common avian diseases, including Psittacosis, PBFD (Psittacine Beak and Feather Disease), and Polyomavirus.One Year Health Guarantee:
- We offer a one year health guarantee from the date of purchase. During this period, if a certified avian veterinarian determines the bird has a pre-existing, life-threatening health issue, we will provide a replacement bird or refund, as per our policy.
- The guarantee does not cover issues arising from improper care, diet, or accidents.
Buyer’s Responsibilities:
To ensure the health guarantee remains valid, buyers must:
- Schedule a wellness check with a certified avian veterinarian within 72 hours of receiving the bird.
- Follow proper care guidelines provided at the time of purchase, including diet, housing, and socialization requirements.
